We always advise booking in advance, as most cruises do book out.You can either Book Online at our bookings page or phone during office hours (9am-5pm 7days).

How long do your cruises go for?

Our scheduled Morning, Midday, Afternoon, Sunset cruises & City Lights are 1½ hours on the smooth waters of the Nerang River, Surfers Paradise and Gold Coast Broadwater.

Do we need to pay for babies/infants?

Infants under the age of 3 are free of charge on morning, afternoon cruises & sunset – however you must include them in the booking under infants. If they are not booked on, we cannot guarantee availability on the day.

Morning cruise includes 1.5hr scenic river cruise, morning tea consisting of cake, biscuits tea/coffee.Midday Express cruise 1hr is a cruise only.Afternoon Cruise includes 1.5hr scenic river cruise & complimentary cheese & biscuits.Sunset Cruise cruise includes 1.5hr scenic river cruise with complimentary cheese & nibblesCity Lights cruise includes 1.5hr scenic river cruise with complimentary cheese & nibblesAll cruises include fun facts commentary.Private cruises are as per the private cruise inclusions. The beautiful Surfers Paradise waterways, canals & Gold Coast Broadwater. Million dollar homes of the rich & famous. Luxury yachts, sailing boats and helicopters. Marina Mirage, Imperial Hotel & Sea World. Wildlife including dolphin spotting, sea eagles & more. Skyline of Surfers Paradise.

Fully licenced bar – beers, wine, champagne, soft drinks & cocktails available for purchase  (No BYO permitted). Sightseeing sundeck – great for spectacular Gold Coast photos. Covered indoor seating and covered rear deck with seating. 2 toilets. Hand sanitiser station.

Where do we go?

We Depart 63 Cavill Ave Surfers Paradise –  Surfers Paradise River Cruises jetty.We cruise the Nerang River past Chevron Island, HOTA, Cronin Island & Paradise Waters.Cruise continues out to the Gold Coast Broadwater through Southport Yacht Club marina, Mariners Cove, Marina Mirage, Imperial Hotel & the southern tip of Sea World.We then return to the Surfers Paradise River Cruises jetty at the river end of Cavil Ave, Surfers Paradise

Please check in & collect boarding passes from our office – 63 Cavill Ave, Surfers ParadiseOur departure point is the Surfers Paradise River Cruises Jetty – 63 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise (Behind the Moorings Apartments at the river end of Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise)

Do you cruise on rainy days?

Yes we do as long as it is safe to do so.  There is a fully enclosed area downstairs protected from weather conditions.

Is there parking at the departure point?

Accepted Answer

You can drop off & pick up at the departure point in the loading zone. However, there is no parking available onsite. Best parking is at the Bruce Bishop Council Carpark – 10 Beach Rd, Surfers Paradise.

Is there public transport available?

G:Link light rail system. Hop off at Cavill Ave stop, then walk down to our office – 63 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise Cruise Terminal (look for the large yellow sign above the office). It’s approx a 5 minute walk.Public buses stop outside our office at Cavill Ave heading both north and south.UBER and Taxi’s are available.

Is there disabled access?

Yes,we have ramp access onto the boat, however, the toilets are not wheelchair accessible. Please contact our office (ph 07 5570 3733) if you have a motorised wheelchair to check our ramp suitability.

We are fully licenced on-board & DO NOT allow BYO due to our licence.

What is the cancellation policy?

24hrs of notice is required for reschedule to another cruise. Within 24hrs no reschedule is offered. Please see terms & conditions for more information.

We accept Mastercard or Visa over the phone or online.  We also only have Eftpos facilities at our booking office and on-board for drink and snack purchases.
